Who we are

GameBases is operated by Allstars Company s.r.o. Privacy questions: admin@gamebases.gg.

What we process about you

Mainly: your in-game name, e-mail, date of birth, country, messages and content you share, and technical data for security (for example IP address and login data).

If you are 13–15, we need a legal guardian’s confirmation (name and e-mail) before your account is activated.

What we use it for

• so you can use your account and features,
• for orders and rewards (if you have them),
• for security and against fraud,
• to handle reports and rule breaches.

We do not provide profiled advertising to minors.

Who we may share with

Only with providers needed to run the service (for example hosting, payments, delivery) or where the law requires it. A tournament organizer or sponsor may receive delivery data only to send a prize.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of data and object to some processing. Write to us or use Workroom. You may also complain at https://dataprotection.gov.sk/.

A parent or legal guardian can help you exercise your rights.

Stay safe

Do not publish your address, phone, school or precise location. If something looks wrong, use Report content or write to admin@gamebases.gg.

Private messages

• You may send private messages only to confirmed friends. Following is not enough.
• A friend request is a separate step; messaging is not enabled before acceptance.
• Sharing a tournament, team, or game chat does not open private messaging.
• You may decline, block, or report someone. Blocking immediately stops messages.
• Do not publish your address, phone, school, exact location, or payment details.
