Stars Rules

1. What Stars are

Stars are digital content recorded on a GameBases user account. They may be used for the platform’s digital features and, according to available features, sent as Support.

An ordinary user is a user without an effective partner contract for the relevant reward type.

Verifiable properties of Stars:

• they work only within GameBases,
• an ordinary user cannot exchange them for cash or another currency,
• they cannot be transferred or sold off-platform,
• Support is available according to platform features,
• partner cash payouts are not publicly available and require an individual written contract.

The Stars balance cannot, at the holder’s request, be bought back or exchanged for money or another currency. The price of a specific Stars package is its purchase price, not a redemption value of the balance. It is shown before the order is submitted and may change. This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal, complaint or refund where such a right arises under law or the GameBases rules.

Stars are not a bank deposit, an investment or gambling. They do not normally expire on an active account.

2. Purchase and delivery

Stars may be purchased only in countries for which purchase is expressly enabled at checkout. Availability of a payment method alone does not establish availability of purchase.

As of this version, Stars purchase for EUR is enabled worldwide for customers whose customer country is accepted at checkout, except countries on the operator sanctions / block list (configurable; classic sanctions and additional operator blocks). The UI language does not change the customer country.

Physical merch and physical rewards remain subject to the separate physical fulfilment country list (as of this version: Slovakia (SK) and Czechia (CZ) only), which may be narrower than the digital purchase list.

Price and Stars quantity are shown before the order. We credit Stars after confirmation of successful payment.

An adult user concludes the order themselves. For an account of a user under 18, the order is concluded, confirmed and paid by the legal guardian.

Rules on immediate delivery and withdrawal are set in the Business Conditions.

3. Support and transfers

An active user from age 13 may, according to available features, send Support to another user.

On Support, Stars eligible for Support are deducted from the sender and consumed. Stars are not credited to the recipient. If the recipient is an active contracted Partner, a separate entitlement to a EUR reward may arise under the partner contract.

Every Stars movement is recorded in the transaction history. Stars cannot be transferred outside GameBases or sold to another user for money.

4. Ordinary users and partner programme

An ordinary user has no right to demand exchange of Stars for EUR or another currency.

The partner programme is not publicly available. Partner cash payouts are not publicly available and require an individual written contract, legal review and approval of the payment model.

The partner EUR reward for qualified Support is set individually in the written partner contract as a fixed rate per eligible Star. The purchase price of Stars in the shop does not determine the partner reward.

Qualified Support may give rise to a Partner’s separate entitlement to a contractual reward under that Partner’s written partner contract. The entitlement does not arise from merely holding a Stars balance and is not an exchange or buy-back of Stars.

5. Refund, chargeback and fraud

On a refund or disputed payment we may temporarily freeze Stars related to that payment.

We make the final adjustment according to the outcome of the payment dispute and transactional origin. We inform the user and do not remove an unrelated balance without cause.

Fraudulent acquisition, duplicate crediting or payment abuse may be corrected after review.

6. Tournaments

Stars cannot be used as an entry fee, stake, bet or to create a participant-funded prize pool. A tournament reward must be fixed and secured by the organizer or GameBases before registration opens.

Stars received as tournament rewards remain Stars on the account; they cannot be cashed out to an ordinary user and are not automatically counted toward any cash reward.

7. Account deletion

Before account deletion we display the balance, open orders, complaints and consequences. On completion of voluntary deletion all unused Stars expire.

Open orders, refunds, chargebacks, complaints and statutory records and retention duties are not settled by silent expiry upon account deletion.

Transaction, accounting and payment records remain retained for the statutory or dispute period.
