Withdrawal from the Contract

1. How to withdraw

The primary method is the function in Workroom → Orders. If you cannot access your account, you may use /withdraw-order.php on the GameBases site. Alternatively, you may give notice of withdrawal by e-mail to admin@gamebases.gg or by letter to the registered office.

In Workroom and on /withdraw-order.php, submission uses the button “Confirm withdrawal from the contract”.

/withdraw-order.php does not require selecting from a list of all orders. We verify the order number and e-mail. We accept and register the request even if it later turns out that the right to withdraw has already expired; we inform you of the outcome.

The reason for withdrawal is optional.

2. Confirmation after submission

After submission you receive on a durable medium (generally by e-mail) a confirmation containing:

• the content of the request,
• identification of the order,
• the date and time of submission,
• a case number.

3. Physical goods

For physical goods the period is generally 14 days from receipt. After withdrawal the goods must be sent or handed over within 14 days.

An online notice alone does not mean physical goods need not be returned. We send return instructions in the confirmation.

4. Stars

For Stars the period generally runs 14 days from conclusion of the contract. However, if the consumer expressly requested immediate crediting, confirmed awareness of loss of the right and received confirmation on a durable medium, the right to withdraw is lost when Stars are credited.

Even a clearly unjustified request is accepted and recorded. The user receives an explanation of the outcome.
